Rafael Fraguas Soler is a graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valencia and has a Master in Economics and Business Studies from IESE as well as a Doctorate in Economics and Business Studies and Company Management from the University of Navarre.
Throughout his career he has worked in consulting, management and teaching.
As a consultant he has worked for different companies in various sectors, in the management of companies, as well as strategy and finance.
He has been the Director of International Relations at IESE for Latin America, Director of Registration for the Master courses in Economics and Company Management at IESE, as well as the central services of Marketing and Operations at Banco Promoción de Negocios, S. A.
As far as teaching is concerned, he is currently a teacher at IESE, in the area of strategy management and has been Director of the Unit for Teaching Analysis of Business Situations. He frequently teaches courses in strategy, organisation, analysis of business situations and corporate governance in training programmes for executives as well as MBA and EMBA programmes. He is the author of various publications.
He is currently a member of the Board, the appointments and renumerations commission and the auditory committee of Libertas 7, S.A, as well as being on the Board of Rafael Hinojosa, S.A.
He also advises the S2 Group, Ingeniería y Marketing, S.A. and Lamigraf, S.A.
