Víctor Casas is an Economics graduate from Valencia University and has a PhD from IESE. He has given classes at ESIC and collaborated with the Instituto de San Telmo.
Throughout his career he has worked in the management of agri- business companies, creating his own company working with derivatives from cacao, later adquired by Olam (a worldwide, leading company in the food and beverages sector). Since 2011 he has been Country Manager at Olam for Spain, at first supervising his initial investment in cacao, with the mission of increasing investments in the country, having acquired in the process two companies, on whose Boards he sits.
He is currently Vice President of Ibercacao, where he is also an important shareholder, and has been a member of the Board of Cárnicas Serrano since 1997.
